Translayte is an online service providing business & certified translations and serving individuals and businesses globally since 2018.

We’re looking for a self-driven Sales professional who can manage and grow Sales from New & Existing Business Accounts, Affiliates & Partnerships.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who’s experienced in growing a global brand from planning to implementation.


Note that this is a fully remote, outsourced position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Find, Respond & Manage RFQ & Bid responses from qualified opportunities.
  • Conduct Outreach to High Value & Business Clients to assess suitability for Business Account / Company Sales.
  • Conduct Outreach to Cold Business Account users to assess the future need for services.
  • Conduct Outreach to Active Business Account users to collect feedback and assess the potential to grow revenue or account.
  • Support Customer Support team in converting potential high value individual or business clients.
  • Conduct regular outreach to target clients, companies, or industries to assess suitability for affiliate, partnership, or business account relationship.
  • Find, Coordinate & Attend Relevant Conferences / Events to create new or maintain existing affiliate, partnership, or business account relationships.
  • Managing accounts for long-term success.
  • Establishing good rapport with clients.
  • Preparing reports on accounts and transactions.
  • Tracking account targets
  • Monitoring sales


Experience/Requirements

  • Business, marketing, or similar degree.
  • Proven experience in a sales position.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of sales metrics.
  • Excellent Written & Verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge or experience working within the Language Services industry is desirable, but not essential.
  • Ability to work remotely
  • Ability to problem-solve.
  • Target-oriented and able to work independently
